Cookie policy

What these technologies are

Cookies are small files and localStorage is browser storage. Layometry uses necessary local storage for language, the guest project, interface state, and your analytics choice. Some features cannot work properly without it.

Necessary technologies

layometry.analytics-consent.v1 stores Accept or Reject; layometry.locale stores the language; layometry.project.v1 stores a guest project. Clerk may set cookies or local records needed for sign-in, session security, and organizations. Necessary technologies do not require consent and are not used for advertising.

Vercel Web Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics runs automatically for aggregate statistics under our legitimate interest. Vercel states that it uses no cookies, stores no IP address in analytics data points, and resets its visitor hash after 24 hours. Private tokens and identifiers in URLs are redacted before sending. Details: https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.

Google Analytics and regional choice

In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google Analytics does not load before Accept. Elsewhere it starts automatically until you choose Reject. Google may set _ga and _ga_* for up to 2 years and receive page URL and title, referrer, approximate geography, device type, browser, language, client/session identifiers, and interactions enabled in GA4 (such as scroll, outbound click, or download). Advertising signals are disabled; names, email, private URL identifiers, and project content are not sent. Rejecting or withdrawing blocks further events and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to the site.

Change your choice and contact

Change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can also clear cookies in the browser. Questions: support@layometry.com, —.
