Supplier and acceptance
Layometry is supplied by Sole proprietor Havrulash Vladyslav, trading as Layometry. By using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A paid purchase is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
Purpose and account
Layometry is an assistive tool for visualising and planning tile layouts. You are responsible for account security, accurate information, and the actions of members you invite to an organization.
Verify the result
Before ordering material or cutting, verify every site measurement, tolerance, substrate, material property, local requirement, and manufacturer instruction. The 3D model and reports do not replace professional design or site supervision.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass limits, access another person’s data, disrupt the system, or infringe others’ rights. You retain rights in project data you enter and grant us only the permission needed to store, process, export, and provide the features you choose.
Subscription and checkout
Before confirmation, Paddle Checkout displays the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, any trial, and the first or next charge date. By completing checkout you agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, and Paddle’s terms. A subscription renews for the same interval until cancelled; cancel through Layometry account settings or the Paddle buyer portal.
Merchant of record
For paid transactions, the merchant of record is the relevant Paddle entity identified by purchase location in the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle is the seller in the transaction, processes payment and tax, issues receipts and invoices, and handles buyer enquiries, cancellations, and refunds. Contact us or visit https://paddle.net.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our 14-day commercial guarantee is described in the Refund Policy. It does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, withdrawal rights, or remedies under law, the Paddle Buyer Terms, or the Paddle Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or material waste caused by decisions based only on a calculation. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that mandatory law does not permit us to exclude.
