In short
Layometry offers a guest mode. For signed-in users, we store workspace and project data on the server and restrict access to their owner.
Local storage
Your interface language and guest project may be stored in your browser’s localStorage. You can remove it by clearing site data.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, navigation between pages, device types, and general product usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and send technical data to Google under Google’s privacy policy. Your tile-plan data is not sent to Google Analytics.
Account
Authentication is provided by Clerk. We sync your user ID, name, email, and profile image to operate your account. If you choose Google sign-in, it is handled through Google and Clerk. Private workspace and project data is stored separately on the Layometry server.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the merchant of record. Card details are entered on Paddle’s side — Layometry never sees or stores them. To issue an invoice and apply tax, Paddle receives your email address, your country and, if you supply them, your company details; we store only the subscription and customer identifiers.
