Questions that come up before paying
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The Start plan has no time limit and needs no card. The planner opens without signup — an account is only needed for cloud projects and exports.
How do I cancel?
In your account settings, at any time and without giving a reason. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
What happens to my projects after cancelling?
Projects stay in your workspace. Beyond the Start plan limit they remain readable and exportable but not editable — until you resume the subscription or free up a slot.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard through our payment provider. Card details are handled by the provider — Layometry never sees or stores them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment we refund it in full. The conditions and the request procedure are on the Refund policy page.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to your account address after every payment, and company details can be added in your billing settings.
