Refund policy

Updated September 14, 2026

Scope and merchant of record

This policy covers paid Professional and Organisation plans. The merchant of record is the relevant Paddle entity identified at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. Paddle receives the payment and returns an approved refund to the original payment method; Layometry helps review your request.

Our 14-day guarantee

As an additional commercial guarantee, we offer a full refund of your first payment when you contact us within 14 days after it. The guarantee is available once per account and supplements rather than replaces rights provided by law or Paddle.

Trial and first charge

Professional includes a 14-day free trial: a card is entered at checkout and the first charge is scheduled for day 15. Cancel before the trial ends and no charge is taken. Any separate statutory withdrawal or refund rights, including rights related to trials, apply regardless of this description. Organisation has no trial unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Renewals and cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period. Cancellation alone does not always create a refund request. Renewal charges are assessed under mandatory rights in your jurisdiction, Paddle’s rules, and the circumstances; this policy does not categorically exclude them.

Incorrect charges and outages

Tell us about a duplicate, a charge after a valid cancellation, or the wrong plan and we will investigate with Paddle and correct the error. If paid features were unavailable through our fault for over 72 consecutive hours, we offer a proportional refund or corresponding extension unless the law requires another remedy.

How to request

Email support@layometry.com from your account address and include the payment date, amount, and transaction ID from the receipt. You may also ask Paddle directly at https://paddle.net. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Never send a full card number.

When funds arrive

Once approved, Paddle sends the refund to the original payment method. Timing depends on the bank and method and is usually 5–10 business days.

Mandatory rights and Paddle policy

This guarantee does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, withdrawal rights, refunds for undelivered or faulty digital products, or other remedies. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law or Paddle rules, the mandatory rule more favourable to you applies. See https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
